In patients ,who have very less available bone are very challenging to give a complete denture without any support. In order to gain a maximum fitting we advocate a two or three implants in one jaw to gain support of denture.

In over denture ,implants along with Ball attachments will go into the patient jaws and there will be socket present in denture. So it is going to be a BALL AND SOCKET ASSEMBLY.
